Excellent WWII Front-Seam M1 Helmet McCord Radiator

This is an excellent example of an original WWII Front-Seam fixed bale M1 Helmet made by McCord Radiator, with a St. Clair Rubber Co. liner. This combination is mid war, late 1943 / early 44 made with a batch number of "278A". This is a correct McCord front seam helmet with an excellent exterior, green straps, brass hardware, correct chin strap in excellence condition. The low pressure, plastic liner by St. Clair Rubber Co., marked "SC", is complete and matching, has complete leather chin strap, wedge buckle chin strap loop w/ stud riveted to the liner, triangular metal washers, correct leather head band by JP Smith Shoe Co. the leather is like new with no sweat staining. This is one of the best examples we have seen in the shop.
