Lee Enfield No. 4 Mk. 2 Rifle by Fazakerly 303 British

Serial #A4944, .303 British, 25" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a "UF 55"-dated rifle with matching numbered bolt and magazine. The metal retains 97-98% of the original Suncorite finish, with almost no flaking or loss save for a small patch of mild oxidation on the right side of the nose band and some pitting on the screw bolster that holds the band. The birch forend, handguards and buttstock are in fexcellent condition with hardly any handling marks or blemishes present. A darkly tarnished brass buttplate is fitted. The rifle is fitted with an adjustable "F" and (Broad Arrow) marked rear sight, and import stamps are present near the muzzle. This is a splendid, post-Korean War No. 4 rifle, and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
