Scarce 1890's Tinned 45-70 Frankford Arsenal Ammo Collection Different Head Stamps 20 Rds
This is a full box, 20 rounds, of .45-70 Government ammunition. The collection of tinned cartridges include the following head stamps with 500 grain round nose lead bullets: 1-92, 3-93, 12-93, 2-94, 5-94, 12-94, 7-96, 5-97, 2-98, 5-98, 8-98. The Bannerman's style plain square corner box is labeled “.45 Calibre U.S. Springfield” and is solid with an excellent label. The cartridges are in excellent condition. A great collection of some hard to find tinned 45-70 ammo.
