This is a correct McCord front seam painted with Corporals Stripes, an excellent exterior, flexible body loop chin strap, green straps, painted steel hardware, correct chin strap with a light presence of oxidation on the interior surface. On the inside of the Westinghouse liner, is the name and Serial Number of Corp. of Engineers corporal "Walter C. The high pressure plastic liner is complete and matching, has complete but torn leather chin strap, wedge buckle chin strap loop w/ stud riveted to the liner, rectangular metal washers, correct leather head band and a "A.M Stay Co." size Medium, neck band which is a 1943 contract.
