Issued by the US federal government Office of Civilian Defense (OCD) to air raid wardens and other civil defense personnel during World War Two from 1941 US entry into the war until 1945. Original condition with gray cotton web suspension and leather sweat band all intact but missing one side of of the chinstrap. Stamped "US GOVT PROPERTY OCD"
