Vintage British Military RAF and Welsh Memorial Plaque WW2
This is an interesting vintage plaque that at one time most likely held toothpicks, matches and or cigarettes. It uses an "RAF", Royal Air Force badge affixed to the front of an open ended box above another rounded open ended box with "The Welsh" badge and on the left side there is a thermometer brass board without the glass thermometer. All are mounted to an oak shield plaque with hanger. There were many RAF bases in Wales during WWII and this may have hung in one of them.
